The AIoT User Group is the certifying body of the AIoT Framework. The AIoT Certification Program provides a consistent method of assessing AIoT skills and knowledge.
The AIoT Certification Program is currently in BETA, closely aligned with the BETA version of the AIoT training program. The goal is to provide two categories of skill certifications:
- Certified AIoT skills for experts working in industrial or other types of AIoT user organizations
- Certified AIoT skills for consultants and trainers

Certified AIoT Practitioners
The main roles for AIoT practitioners in industrial or other organizations are AIoT Product Owner, AIoT Architect, and AIoT Procurement Managers. The prerequisite for the certification is successful participation in the AIoT Master Class. In addition, the certification levels are based on an evaluation of personal work experience in related areas.
Certified AIoT Consultants and Trainers
The AIoT consulting and training roles are divided into 3 levels of seniority (L1-L3): Analyst, Professional and Senior Consultant. The prerequisite for the certification is successful participation in the AIoT Master Class. In addition, the certification levels are based on an evaluation of personal work experience in related areas. L2/L3 can also apply for the AIoT trainer certification. L3 can obtain an optional AIoT Coach certification.
